Aifa66 Terms & Conditions – Complete Terms of Use for All Malaysian Members

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "aifa66" – refers to the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided under the aifa66 brand.
• "Member" or "User" – any individual who has registered an account with aifa66 and is 18 years of age or older.
• "Account" – a personal user account registered with aifa66 using valid personal information.
• "Funds" – the MYR (RM) balance held in your aifa66 account.
• "Bonus" – promotional credits, free spins, or any rewards granted by aifa66 are subject to specific terms of use.
• "Bet" – any gaming activity involving real funds on the aifa66 platform, including slots, Live Casino, poker, fish shooting, virtual sports, e-sports, and Sports Betting.
• "Platform" – the entire aifa66 technology ecosystem, including the website and mobile application.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use aifa66's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. aifa66 takes underage registration seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Must be an individual who resident in or legally present in Malaysia while using the aifa66 platform.
• Having a valid Malaysian phone number for account verification purposes.
• Not an employee, contractor, business partner, or immediate family member of an aifa66 employee.
• Not being on an active self-exclusion list or any gambling restriction programme that you yourself have applied for.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) aifa66 account only. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held within them.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
• Keeping password confidentiality your account. aifa66 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your password secure.
• Notify aifa66 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that the payment details linked to your account are registered in your own name.

Aifa66 reserves the right to request a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other documents to verify a member's identity before processing withdrawals or in cases where fraud is suspected.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Aifa66 accepts deposits only through approved payment methods listed on the platform. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.

Deposit methods currently accepted by aifa66 are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instantly, 24/7
• DuitNow — instant interbank transfer
• GrabPay — immediately
• Boost — immediately
• ShopeePay — immediately
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all other FPX-supported banks

Aifa66 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond aifa66's control.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Aifa66 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within the stipulated timeframe. Members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account on your own behalf matching the name on your aifa66 account.
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover (wagering) requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional identity verification.
• Aifa66 processes standard withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes for most methods. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Aifa66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to provide added value to our members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each promotion. The general conditions applicable to all aifa66 bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover / Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified wagering amount to be met before winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover rate is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once only per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Aifa66 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members.
• In the event of a conflict between the general terms and any specific promotional terms, the promotional terms shall take precedence.
• Aifa66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse the aifa66 bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on aifa66 — including slots, Live Casino, Texas Hold'em poker, fish shooting, virtual sports, e-sports, and Sports Betting — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all slots and electronic table games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent international auditing body. All outcomes are final and cannot be contested.
• For Sports Betting and virtual sports, the official result declared by the relevant sporting body shall apply.
• Aifa66 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled at a member's request, except in circumstances specified under particular policies.
• Aifa66 reserves the right to impose maximum betting limits on any game or for any member at any time.
• Any technical disruption occurring during an active game will be handled in accordance with aifa66's established technical incident policy.

For Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, Malaysia Premier League, UEFA Champions League, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports, and more — all bets are subject to the sporting rules and market limits set by aifa66.

8 Responsible Gaming

Aifa66 takes our responsible gaming commitment seriously. We believe that online entertainment should remain an enjoyable activity and not cause disruption to your daily life. To help you stay in control, aifa66 provides the following tools:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limit: You can set your own deposit limits through your account settings at any time.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount you are comfortable with over a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a daily limit on the amount of time you spend on the aifa66 platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for 24 hours, one week, or one month — whichever suits your needs.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and have your name added to the aifa66 exclusion list for an extended period.

9 Fraud, Money Laundering & Security

Aifa66 has a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraud, system manipulation, money laundering, or other illegal activity. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to cheat in poker or live table games.
• Using another person's credit card, bank account, or e-wallet without their explicit authorisation.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors or bugs within the aifa66 platform.
• Money laundering activity conducted through repeated deposits and withdrawals with no meaningful betting activity.

Aifa66 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities when required for financial crime investigations. Any funds suspected of being linked to illegal activity may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Aifa66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for 12 consecutive months with no login or betting activity.
• Upon the member's own request to close their account.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, aifa66 reserves the right to forfeit all unused bonus balances. Any legitimate real-money funds will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to any outstanding claims that may arise.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the aifa66 support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closures are typically processed within 3 working days.

11 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Aifa66 is not liable for:

• Any losses incurred by a member as a result of betting activity on the platform, including losses arising from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions or delays caused by factors beyond aifa66's control, such as internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the aifa66 platform.

Aifa66's maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of active deposits in your account at the time of the incident. aifa66 does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

Aifa66 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon being published on the aifa66 website. aifa66 will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the aifa66 platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through aifa66's internal dispute resolution procedure before being referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
